Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are not generally refundable except where we have to cancel your booking for any reason.

Are pets accepted?
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets in the house.

Can we book a double room?
Our rooms are twin bedded with en suite, TV and courtesy tray.

What time is our room available?
Your room will be available from 4.00pm. but please advise us of your expected arrival time. Please can you vacate your room by 10.30am. on the morning of departure.

Are there any potential allergens in the house?
We have two cats which have access to the communal areas but are not allowed upstairs.
Please advise us of any food allergies or intolerances in advance of your stay.


Is the house connected to mains water?
No. There is a private water supply which is tested by the local authority. Bottled water is available on request.

Will my mobile phone work in the area?
No. We are in a black hole. Most networks can be accessed above the farm.

What provisions are there for babies and young children?
We have a high chair but do not provide cots.
