New House Farm is a working hill farm lying in the beautiful Welsh border country, a stone's throw from the famous book capital, Hay-on-Wye. The farm offers:

* B & B ACCOMMODATION; Bedrooms have been upgraded to a very high standard and include en suite shower rooms, colour TV, central heating and tea and coffee making facilities.

* CAMPING & CARAVANNING; You will find a small, quiet, secluded site with running water, WC, hot shower, camp fire area and CDP.

* HOLIDAYS WITH YOUR HORSE: We have excellent stabling and grazing if you want to come and stay with your horse and enjoy the miles of unfenced hill-riding in the area. We can also offer a three centre holiday with maps, directions and luggage transfer.

We model ourselves on the FERME AUBERGE style. Weather you are staying in the house or camping, you can enjoy cooked or continental breakfasts in the farm house conservatory. In the evening we serve three course meals using, where ever possible our farm produce. The farm has a substantial fold of Highland Cattle and a small flock of sheep. We grow a large selection of fruit and vegetables in the gardens, polytunnel and orchard.

Bordering thousands of acres of open hill, the farm makes an ideal centre for walking, riding, mountain biking, bird-watching and out-door holidays.
